Glad to hear you have sourced your problem.  Both bikes look fantastic!  What year is the CB750?
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar.

Thanks Dave the stripes were gold tape. I thought they would have to be painted and I left that up to my paint guy. I didn't know you could buy the gold tape like that. Makes it a lot easier for him and keeps the cost down. Dave thanks again for the rotor on the KZ1100.

Th CB750 is a 70 model.

I junked the factory air ride system for Progressive 12.5" shocks and new fork springs, and never looked back.
The brace instantly
improved overall handling stability, but really boosted my riding confidence in the curves...

I was amazed that there was air in the rear shocks so I kept them as they were in pretty good condition. Rebuilt the front air shocks. I was trying to keep the cost down on this one.

The costs seemed reasonable in years past, compared with today.

Not sure how I ended up with two nearly identical motors though...lol!

The Black Fraken bike has been sorted. Starts on choke fine now that I have adjusted the fingers for the plungers just right. They all lift fully and at the same time. I mentioned I changed out the bodies. Well I had number 2 carb that would not sync and hold. Now that I think about it I pulled those bodies off many years ago because of the same issue. Tough getting old. So I pulled them again and replaced that number two carb and marked it with a big ? mark and put a proven good body in its place. Now everything syncs well and stays that way. Unfortunately it's raining ( for the next 10 days )so cant do a road test but pretty confident things are good. Gives me time to sort out a few issues on the other bikes before the good weather is here to stay. I bought a Honda Blackbird coming up from North Carolina that needs body work and hopefully nothing else so that will be a fun bike.
