My offer still stands. The first person here that can find me a set of decent, stock carbs for my 1992 Kawasaki Zephyr 750 on eBay I will buy them lunch via PP.

PO dismantled the carbs and there's parts missing etc.

It is said that there are carbs from other Kawi models that will bolt on but I have never found which ones they are.

These seem rare and pricey, are your originals "beyond repair"?

Member @daftrusty is quite knowledgeable about the carbs on those bikes.  He may be able to provide some guidance.

OK if I remember correctly those carbs are Keihin CVK32s. I am by no means an expert on them. Will say there have been several (K)Z650 owners who have up graded from the VM24ss carbs to the CVK32s with much success. I found this link (notice it is for Ural machines) that also make use of the CVKs and may provide some more info to you. At leas there are some good pics and how to rebuild them.   myural.com/keihin_32cvk_disassembly.htm

The first write up made use of carbs from a Zepher 750, some others make use of carbs from a 600 Ninga which appear to be much the same though not totally the same.

Do not know if any of this will be of help to you are not, but it is another machine that makes use of the same type of carbs.

You have to be very specific with models/years when choosing used Keihn CVK carbs, a lot of those models are spaced to fit water cooled engines. The spacing on air cooled heads is different so they will not fit. Everybody who has fit CVK32's from ZR-7S use the offset stock manifold rubbers to make them fit early models 650/750 heads.

I have put 1990 CVK34 carbs from a 750 Ninja water cooled bike on a 650 head and I needed to alter the spacing quite a bit. I was missing a couple of parts and was still able to order them thru a Kawasaki dealer.

Here are the carbs that came off the bike.

When I got the bike (non-running) I pulled the carbs off the bike. Very clear PO took the carbs off the bike and 100% dismantled them. Then tried to put them back together. Yellow plumbing tape evident at carb joints, spacing is weird. He has one carb marked #1 which is is #2 on the rack. When I pulled them from the bike I could hear small springs hitting the ground from the rack of carbs.
I'm not a CV carb rebuild guy. At all.

monkey food for scale and prop use.

I'm a carb guy.  Chances are high that I could get those sorted, as long as parts are not missing.  Clay is another that could get them back together...

That "1" mark seems to be written on the throttle cable bracket.
