Here is a photo of my VM 28 SS carbs.  Note the bowls are different.  You can see the air equalizer hoses higher up on each side and the dual fuel intake lower down. Also note the accelerator pump on the botton of #2 carb.  Your carbs have the jets on the intake side but not the same bowls.  Perhaps someone changed out the bowls when they removed the pump.

Are those VM26 carburetors? The smooth & tall carb bodies are kind of distinctive.
You can measure them inside the carburetor bore near the throttle slides.

edited to mitigate any confusion. my mistake.

They are 28's.  Rebuilt by WG.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

Mine are VM26 SS and are stamped 108 over 9 and B8 over Y1. I was hoping they were 28's because they look exactly like Hardrockminer's.

Both the 108/9 and the 120/2 are vm26ss carbs that appear to have been stock on the 79 and 80 KZ1000 B models.

The '79 model (B3) came stock with VM26SS carbs.  Other models had 28's.  The '80 model (B4) came stock with VM28SS carbs.  All models in '80 had 28's.

I have measured mine.  I'm pretty sure they are 28's.

Hardrock. I just picked up a rack identical to yours. I'm assuming sense you paid WG to rebuild them they are worth it. I'm looking for something better then the stock 26mm on my '781000LTD. Bike has pods, 4 to 1 pipes, and Dyna S. Otherwise all stock

Just guessing, but I suspect you could pick up a set for around $300 to $400 but then you would have to rebuild them. Not a huge task though. WG did a great job on them back then but today I would do them myself. He lives on the opposite end of the continent from me so shipping is costly.

I guess I got a good deal then. I paid $210. shipped. They are I really good rebuildable shape. No corrosion in the bowls, nothing broken and I looked them over really well last night. Need new bowl screws, each bowl only had 2. Missing the pilot and main jets and one main jet bleed pipe. All that will come in a keyster kit except for the bleed pipe. Im sure that item isn't going to be hard to get. After rebuild I'll have about $450.00 into them. Will they be an improvement over the stock 26mm?

I have some info that indicates the ID stamped would make them from a 79 or 80 A series.
