Conspiracy, actually I just figured out why it's been running like crap: I've been over tuning the idle. I would set each pilot screw to the point where the idle was at it's best sounding, then off idle performance would go to shit due to the different pilot screw settings (jerkyness until about 3k or anything above 1/8 throttle). For shits and giggles I set them all to 3 turns out and although I hear a hiccup every now and again at idle, off idle performance was spot on. Pretty much everything from idle to redline at all throttle positions is satisfactory.

Just a last update: I found out that the reason for my idle problems was due to my float level not being measured accurately. 4mm is a lot smaller then you could guess for. After getting them in spec idle is perfect. However, the 65 primary main jet I have seems to be too rich based on my butt dynometer. The 130 secondary main is fine. Thanks to everyone for the help.
