Some slide in baffles would be better for my application.I've made everything so clean on this bike so far that it would kill me to slap some big bulky glasspacks on it but I understand what your talking about.I am going to try the metal drilled caps on the end of the pipes as suggested to see if that helps anything though.I'll post some pictures later that way you can see what I'm talking about with the exhaust.

I agree that slide in baffles would be the best option. I did't know if they make slide ins that would fit in your pipes. Plus the slide in with fiberglass wrapped around the cheese grater will kill that high pitched crack note.
Don't fix it until it's broken.
