Carbs flooding. Does this make sense?

WARNING:
Any sealers on intake manifolds will dissolve if hit by gasoline, so if the carbs flood you have leaks again.
Best to replace manifolds if available.

No, not a "good" product but there is a way that can stop the leak temporarily. I used a very thin smear of black RTV applied with a razor blade edge (let it dry) on the side that mates to the head.Mellvis wrote: Is there a good product to put on them to help them seal to the head, but not glue them on forever?
