How would I know if they have overflow circuits?

I tested the floats on each carb (took the carbs off the bike and took each bowl off one by one All the float valves seemed to close fine and seal off the fuel. No other leaking was happening.

Carb overflow circuit would include a tube inside the float bowl, similar to the following illustration:

The clear tube test should indicate whether the float valve is sealing.
A leaking float valve will allow gasoline to keep rising inside the clear tube (which invalidates the test).

Good Fortune! :)

Thanks again Patton. I did do the tube test and fuel seemed a bit above the level (6MM) but was not bad.

Ny bowls do not have this tube coming up, and I can't find anything in the manual on them so i assume they are not there.
