Honestly, If I had the option of having my stock airbox I would skip the pods and get the k and n for my stockie. You make sure every carb is getting the same amount of air. My bike came with k and n pods on it, no spare airbox, soooo, I did the best with what I had, and I had to adjust the two inside carbs a little differently than the outside ones. If you have your stock airbox and you bought a 4 into 1 header, I would go with the k and n filter that fits in the stock box and run it. If it runs like dogshit you'll know right a way, then go up a jet size, it should be better or good with a slight hiccup (It could be perfect, if it is, play the mega millions immediatley, lol) If it's close try fine tuning with the fuel screw, it it got better but still runs crappy go 2 sizes, so on and so forth untill you get it right. I think with carbs it's a little of trial and error even for the pros. Good luck!
