The tubes used for spacing the bodies are easily modified and I also found the bracket that connects the slide to the crank has a slotted hole.. so just loosen the bolt and move the slide to the required position..
more difficult proved the modification of the T-connectors though.. bowl vent T's: just loose 2 of the 4 seals.. fuel supply T's: replace for less wide ones

You have a couple of options that are viable.
a] Sell the 39's and get a rack of CRS29's. Much more appropriate for your bike.
b] Sell the 750 and get an already built 1327cc KZ on which to use the 39's and go racing

porchev914 wrote: Do you have pics of the actual rack of carbs? I don't think there are any members here running a set of FCR's. I'm plan to get a set of 35's for my 1000, but thats many months down the road. I'm sure the centerline of the carbs is movable~ but there are fuel tees, throttle and choke linkages and the bracket that ties all the carbs together. Its tough to tell without seeing them.....
Adam, these Yoshimura FCRs would look pretty sweet. Just sayin... '

Good post LarryC.
Andy, 39s are way too much carb on your 750. You would be better off with the proper carbs set up for your bike than to put a ton of time into mounting and tuning these carbs on your engine.
34RS carbs would be max on the 750 for any decent street riding. Since we don't know how you ride, we're guessing you have a street bike. A drag racer can use a whole different set-up.
And I'll agree, that some good friend
And one more thing, FCRs don't have a choke circuit.
