Well drilled them out to around a 96.5 main and 34 or so pilot, and the difference is amazing. I now have a much fuller powerband. I only have very light sputtering at high rpms, usually over 6900 in first gear only, and im not so sure that it has to do with the jetting. Im thinking maybe its time to replace the points, theyre pretty worn. Besides that though I am running the non adjustable needles, so thats one handicap, although its running so good now, I dont know if I want to mess with it anymore. I am very happy being able to cruise at around 60-65 and hit the throttle and not bog like it used too. I might go up one size in the mains, but for now Im thinking its just about right. The power band is so much closer to it was with the stock setup. I can definitely tell the difference the jets made, so Im on my way anyway. :) Thanks for your help loudhvx.

High rpm sputter can be from plugs gapped too far...

Cheers.
