Please list the instruction you use in Google to find something specific on a specific web site, like I have seen you do before, using KZ rider..

Sure! If you're looking for, say, any reference to bacon on kzrider.com, try:
bacon +site:kzrider.com
Unfortunately, it seems like it's been a while since Google has last indexed the site, so you'll need to view the "Cached" version of many of the pages you find on this site.
I wonder if that's something Stein might look into -- I think the navigation structure used to get to the forums is keeping Google from finding our posts since the changeover.
Still, the +site:whatever.com trick works for other sites too, so it's a good one!
