Thats actually metric. 130 would be 1.3mm.

I don't know if my bike is a freak or what but I have only pod filters and stock exhaust and I am at a 115 main and it still seems like it needs more fuel, plugs are still showing a bit lean. My float level is spot on too.

Well, it is dependent on the air density at your location- for instance, yesterday, we read out at -400 ft below sea level in air density- cool, dry air!
