My jets out of the 26s I got say "130" on them- is that 130 thousanths then? If yes- it is obviously running rich- I have a stock Z1900 with 4 into 1s- what size jets should I go with?

Well, it is dependent on the air density at your location- for instance, yesterday, we read out at -400 ft below sea level in air density- cool, dry air!
