OK I figured it out. The computer was right the first time. A friend made me a real deal on a used TPS and the bike is now running properly. Now all I need is a head light, a new set of clutch plates, instruments, tail and brake lights, new paint and a new exhaust system.
Too much fun!
If any one has some 43MM headlight ears, I'm need'n em!
