I have tested the jetting combo I already suggested with both K&N pods and Emgo pods... doesn't seem to make a difference. The carbs you have sound like 78 1/2 KZ1000A2A with the 102.5 main jets... In any case, the jetting I suggested will work fine...

Well in my book wg is the guru. I'm running 17.5 pilots with 130 mains, air screws at 1trn out, dyna coils/ign,vance and hines pipe and K&N filters. What really helped me was wg's repowered coils instructions. She's a screaming ape now.

After a lot of tunning and changes im now at 120 pilots and 117.5 mains with screws at 1 turn and im about set. The dyna coils and ignition module is next to finish the setup. WG said start with 110 mains, and i ended up at 117.5 not sure why such a diff but im there. My plugs are burning clean and the transition is smooth through the throttle.
