Well, you can drill the pilot jets or install a one-size larger main jet. The thread to a long time to come around to the problem because you asked about alternatives to the CV34 and the problem was clear. Anyhow, I have little experience in temps 15C (not sure what that means but it sounds COLD) so only thing I can suggest is richer pilot mixture as the CV34 has a true choke unlike the BS34 with an enrichener circuit.
