I have short pipes they end about where the pegs are. I welded washers in. One in each pipe but I did not weld them solid I welded in like 3 places on each and have the washers at a slight angle, so they are restricting a bit but not a whole lot. MOre than anything I was looking to help with the sound so maybe I won't get pulled over much. I thought it might help me from burning through vaulves too.
