GPz parts are basically KZ parts that've had a little more development work... higher lift cams, a little hand porting, etc.
ZR7 parts are basically KZ parts that've had decades of development work, pretty much the last/best iteration of the small motor KZ. I've given serious thought to picking up a ZR7 motor for my KZ750. It's little things like the primary chain tensioner, the niceness of the castings, etc.
I'm super happy with the ZR7 exhaust I put on my KZ750. Double wall insulated stainless means no need for header wrap or ceramic coating, and it'll never, ever wear out, plus it flows like crazy.
Zephyr parts are also nice, and they came in 550, 750 and 1100.
