I'm going to visit another vendor on Tuesday as I really think the screen print is the more durable process.

100% Bill and when you ask say you are looking to see if they are using "discharge printing ink" its a self bleaching ink that means its a better quality print and feels and lasts better in the wash. Also make it sounds like you know your S4*t.

Just in case you have no joy local there are a good few online places, i just tried one of them and used a navy pocket shirt in navy with front design and 75 shirts in a mixture of sizes from L to XXL and this is the result.

I'm going to visit another vendor on Tuesday as I really think the screen print is the more durable process.

I'm also in favor of the screen printing option.

I was curious if we will each have the option to choose from several styles of shirt (pocket/no pocket, shirt color, sleeve length, etc), or if the vendor is set up to run the shirts as a batch we'll all have to settle for (and agree on?) a single style and color of shirt?

I had quite a few batches of T-shirts printed for my business, by the sounds of things and the variety of "i wants" expressed  2 screens will be needed, a small 4 colour screen for the front and a large one for the back. Most companies will charge for the screens as a flat rate and then every print after that, what its printed  is charged at the printing cost (front or back or both) plus the cost of the garment. The rest is just is just finding out who wants what in what colour and size and that is a logistical nightmare for whom ever is doing the ordering. It would be much less of a nightmare if it were one colour, one brand of garment and style. Then poor Bill might get a few more hrs sleep.

Just keep the shirts simple, similar to what this guy wore.

That idea for an automated site to order your shirts is a good idea, or are we going in a different route Bill?
