Looks like the parts may be recently disassembled.  Did he start with a mostly complete early matching number bike and is breaking it up to make the most money?  Wonder if he's going to list the cams, covers, tank, carbs separately for more big money?  If so, Shame on you, sir!

This seller has no shame.  He values money more than a rare motorcycle.  He would probably part out the Mona Lisa if he owned it.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar.
