It's in Holland, so it was probably only ridden to church and back on Sundays

Presumably it needs a starter clutch replacement or why mention starts on kick start? 

Checked it out yesterday, and went for a short test ride...

That went quick. How much was it? Sure is purty, now I really want my friend's giveaway 650

Could have taken it home for $1600, but decided to pass.  From my perspective, the bike needed too-much stuff repaired or replaced.

The engine was quiet and seemed to run well.  Seller suggested the starting issue was probably with the button switch in the corroded right-hand control.
