Looking for a smart GPS app

My brother will be visiting tomorrow before we head to Barber on Thursday. He will have his Honda 150 dual sport with him.and wants to ride it to the John Wilkes Booth Capture/Death site. I'll be riding my KE100.
I'm looking for an app where you can set what speed limits to avoid. I would like to avoid anything over 50mph. My Google app lets you avoid highways, but still directs you to a route that has 60mph limits.

I wish there was a feature like that. What I do is build the route in Google and use "additional stops" to force the map program to route me on the roads I want to take. If you zoom in you can identify addresses on the right side of the road. Then just ignore the stop...
I wish there was an easier way

I found the app "Scootroute". It is for under 150cc mopeds and scooters, but haven't gotten it to work on my I-phone.
