Kz1000 shop manual question

I've been trying to find a factory shop manual for the kz1000 I just picked up.I'm looking at two shop factory manuals one the guy says 77-78 kz1000 the other guy says his is for 1976-80 Kawasaki KZ1000 KZ1000A KZ1000D A1 A2 A4 D3 Z1000. I'm pretty new to the whole kz model, all I know is I have a 78 kz1000. Am I covered with the A-D designation? I don't want to buy a manual that doesn't apply to what I have. Can anyone shed a bit of light on it for me?

Welcome aboard. Before buying a manual you should determine the model you have. What is the VIN on the steering neck (don't need the last couple numbers). Ed

PS - There were 6 different KZ1000 models in 1978.
1977 KZ650-C1 Original Owner - Stock (with additional invisible FIAMM horn)

My vin is KZT00A0333xx, I found a model list on Z1 enterprise and by their list I have a 78 kz1000 A2 model, can anyone verify this as well? I think I'll be good with the second manual I found but I'd like to be sure. Thanks for the help with this, I'm a newb with this bike.
