Hey guys, i made bank on Christmas this year and got a Leak down tester AND SOME STEP DRILL BITS!!!! Its a US general cylinder leakage tester from harbor freight. Was wondering if i could get some opinions on it and maybe some tips on how to use it? i read the manual and i think you hook up an airtank to one end and the other end goes into the cylinder?i know you are supposed to rotate that cylinder to TDC and then set the gauge to "0" with the adjuster knob as air is being pumped in by your compressor. then you hook it up to the motor and listen right? I'll be doing the test on all the cylinders on my KZ1000 but really cylinder 3 is the only one thats being kind of a grump.
