Thanks for the before and after pics. Impressive! :cheer:

As to the gun styles, other than refilling needed on the gun with mounted supply, how does performance compare between it and the tube pick-up style?

Good Fortune! :)

To me I like the gravity feed gun. Although a smaller suction feed is good for very small nooks and crannies.

No, I was doing a frame swap at the time so the frame has fresh paint along with the engine cleaning and polishing that was done. Sure does make a big difference

I just put together my soda blaster. At first I try-ed Baking Soda, It was OK not great like a few others I was looking for something a Little more aggressive.
Then I remembered (20 mule team Borax)its all natural, water soluble cleaning boster. It works much better.
Give it a try, I think you will like it over Baking Soda. $4 for 5 pounds, easy to find at any grocery store at the laundry isle.

I read on soda blasting that it makes for a bad paint bond. I will be using it to clean my engine for sure, but has anyone tried painting after soda blasting? I hear the trick is to clean really well after soda blasting but I haven't found any specifics on 'how' to clean after soda blasting or how to prep for paint after soda blasting.

Any suggestions?
