I need help....

I was trying to change my engine oil on my kz1000, but the deformed nut couldn't take off successfuly.....
I tried many methods.....can anyone help me?

first get a new one, second heat it up good, third get out your pipe wrench or vice grips..oh and get a 6 point socket for next time..good luck...steve

ive got a set of really cool craftsman sockets somewhere i bought just for removing stripped bolts works like a charm!

yep,thats the ones!i used em to get the drain plug out of my 1327 they work really nice!

I had to grind flat spots on the sides of mine and used a pipe wrench.

Toge -- Sorry about the not-exactly-the-answer confusing posts here. You have to understand many of these guys have deformed nuts, presumably from years sitting on Kawasakis. :whistle:
I think Wireman was referring to the Craftsman Bolt Out sockets Linky here
