buy one off of ebay, you can get one for $25 US most of the time, also www.z1enterprises.com sells them for about the same price (might be lower)and will ship internationally

"T" is Top Dead Center.

"F" is the idle timing mark

"||" is the full advance timing mark (~3500 rpm).
