big sleeves

:blink: What is the max I can open a kz 903 cylinder block to install big sleeves? 1197/1229 mtc without any problems:sick:

id say 1197 is safest bet;)

The 1200 kit uses 3.200" O.D. Seeves. They are the largest you can install and have a leakproof motor. If you put the 1260 sleeve ( 3.275") you weill break thru to daylight between some of the fins. When the motor is running, oil will be forced up the sleeve by case pressures. When it reaches those daylight areas, it will be out and on your pant leg.
