Is the RC Engineering kit consisting of pistons, rings, alloy head gasket, and wrist pin buttons, all new, worth the $260 asking price?

That is a good price for a piston kit although you didn't mention sizes or compression ratios... What is most interesting is that I am familiar with RC Engineering and they specialize in fuel systems; especially FI and I didn't know they sold piston kits. Where did you find this info? Thanks

RC (Russ Collins) used to do piston kits, exhaust systems, and lot's of other stuff back in the day. There's quite a discussion about Russ in another thread.
Check out Wiseco's site and see how much a comparable kit costs, then decide if it fits your requirements.
This is for wiredgeorge, since Henry already knows about this thread

Thanks Steell... I knew this fella had gotten out of the internal engine parts business a long time ago and was wondering where the info on this RC Eng kit came from... probably NOS?

It woud be Venolia or Arias pistons. You probably would not be able to get replacemant rings for them if you needed them.
