My first time on the forum. Where can I buy new header pipes, valve cover gaskets etc? I have a 1980 KZ-1000 LTD.

Hey crznrt66, I was at a local Kawasaki dealer asking about a baffle for my 4 into one header, and he could order a header with a chrome muffler for something like 247.00. That's the cheapest I've seen anywhere, including the web. I was surprised. But I didn't need a whole system. Maybe check out your local dealer and see if he can get the same deal. Of course, you'll undoubtadly run into a floor salesman on the way to the parts counter, who'll be glad to get that old clunker off your hands.;)

Our local dealer is a little pricey! I needed some float needles for a 600 Yamaha I have and they wanted $29.00 each. I bought them after market for $35 for a set of five of them. They send an extra one. Thanks for your response.
