My newly purchased, non-running, straight from the "barn" 1981 KZ750H has 4 into 1 pipes and exhaust. Was this standard for this model? Would it be better to look/replace with stock exhaust? Will exhausts from other year and/or displacement KZ work? Thanks, Greg

4into1 are aftermarket...unless you are very lucky on eBay or elsewhere, the chances of locating a stock exhaust in good shape is slim, at best. You are probably going to have to again go aftermarket (but you will have a choice of 4into1 or 2into2).:)
