If you don't want to spring for a new pan, you can remove the pan, go down to your local parts store, pick up an oversized drainplug, and drill/tap for the new plug. There are also self tapping drainplugs on the market, I've had mixed results with those on cars.

OH, PLEASE DON'T do that! Oversize and self tapping drain plugs are for STEEL oilpans.
To fix it right you have to pull the pipes then the pan,
Get a new mag drain plug and take it to a GOOD auto machine shop and have an insert installed , $20 max.
