So from what I've been able to find there is only one exhaust system out there for the KZ550: the MAC system that I can find on eBay. Is that correct? I haven't been able to find a single other system. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I don't care if its 4 into 2 or 4 into 1. What keeps the exhaust for the 650/750 from fitting? Are the cylinders spaced farther apart? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Omen, check out this link for Sito Exhaust. You can get this mid pipe and then there are several brands of slip ons you can get (Emgo, Sito, etc) I have not found anyplace to get header pipes so if yours are trash then Mac or finding a used set on ebay may be your best choices.

Awesome, thank you so much. My header pipes are in good shape, no major corrosion. But my midpipe is trash. Thanks!

There are others available. There was still a Kerker system available the last time I checked. The problem is they cost too much. I bought a Mac because it was the cheapest. It doesn't sound anywhere near as cool as my Kerker, though.

Yeah I just found a Kerker system for $476.xx and the Mac system was $205.xx. That sucks. But the Kerker system is so much cooler like you said.
