That's .27mm difference, over .010", sounds a little loose to me, but I don't know what the 1100's run for piston to cylinder clearance.

Are you measuring the piston at the bottom of the skirt and 90° from the pin hole?

Good catch! No I did not measure the piston correctly. I measured from the very top edge of the piston. I'll have to try again this evening.
