None of the 750 twins came stock with dual disk front brakes, but the dual disk kit that was available for the KZ1000 worked equally well for the 750B, so it wouldn't surprise me that a few owners installed them.
Quick guide to year of 750 twins:

76-77 have a round front master cylinder while 78-79 have the trapazoidal one.
78 has a on/off switch on the right side switch pods for the lights, 79 has a block off plate there.

80 has a black plastic rear fender instead of the chrome one on the 76-79 models. And it has the triangle shaped sidecovers instead of the long skinny ones on the 76-79, also has three mounting holes for the sidecovers instead of four.

If you find a 76-79 750 twin with mag wheels, grab it, it probably has Morris Mags on it (Dealer installed). 80 also has mags with rear drum brake.

It could be a four cylinder KZ750, as these were more common, and all of them came with dual discs up front and single disc rear. There should be something in the serial number to show it as an E, H, L, P or N model. The B models were the twins.

This is what I do for fun, not for work. It is art, with a little engineering thrown in.
