Looks like the "e" key is broke :D

I don't think any of the rollers are there for noise control, but then I don't know what model you are talking about.

Bangshift, come back, were just messin' with ya. Try typing a word with the letter "x". Maybe you get an "e" ?

i got a new keyboard. i figured the x's would be the easiest to interpret as the missing e. anyways, i am going to run the engine without this roller i believe because i was lost when i put the engine together with no manual. (i know i know it was dumb) and now i cant get the cylinder back off to put it in. so i will let you know what happens :S  PS kz900 roller betwen the crankcase and the cylinder.

I strongly recommend you try and pull your cylinder again. Those rollers are important to keep (as even as possible) tension on the cam chain. If the chain hops a tooth, you'll be replacing more than a roller:ohmy:

DON'T DO IT!!!
Without that roller,You won't have proper tension on Your cam chain, and You will more than likely get chain slop(lots of noise) and You also run the risk of the chain jumping, and You'll introduce valves to pistons!!
That roller is a vital part!
You'd be better off riding the bike with the rear tire off the rim.

ok then my next question is, i used copper/silicon sealant on the base, how do i get the cylinder back off? i tried and tried and am betting i would crack the block before the cylinders came off.

never use sealant on the base gasket!

pry with a shim made of wood

tap and pry until it does budge
