supercharger anyone?

Hey I was looking around in dragbike.com and read how a guy put a blower off of a thunderbird on his bike with minor mods. He said he got it out of a junkyard for $65. I'll have to find that post and read it closely. Lets all get supercharged! :woohoo:

thats what the top fuel guys use only a little more refined than a junkyard charger, but yeah they just flip there head around and bam front mount supercharger

The post I was reading the guy had switched the guts around in the blower and had it mounted in the rear of the head. I still haven't read the whole thread but I'm VERY curious. Me likey the blower!

was he driving the blower with a shaft that came out of the clutch housing?

This one had a belt coming from around the stator housing. I still need to look at the thread.
