hi. when thighten the clutch spring bolts . is it normal tighten and bolts spins but hols the plate?

If you mean the clutch pressure plate spring bolts they should tighten and not continue to turn once nipped up. .
If any continue to turn then the aluminium threads are likely to have stripped in the clutch hub.
