Wow!  A very comprehensive guide.  Doesn't get any better as a reference source.  A big thanks to Joe H. for writing it and to Bill/KZQ for highlighting it.

I do not know if it is just me, or the older machine I use. But when I attempt to access the link for the Porting info I get a you do not have permission to access this. I am logged on with user name and password, Have tried looking for it in the articles location/link without seeing it.

Am I the only one who can not access this info?

Yes I have tried copy and past and get the same results. It would appear that since others can access it the issue is on my end. Some setting in my account, as it appears that even when logged on the forum software thinks I am not logged on? Anyway, I think the issue is on my end, at least that is the way it appears to me.
Thanks for the info and suggestion.

I am not sure what has happened, but I just tried via the articles link and it now is shown to me. This was not the case since Bill posted the topic. The link in his post still returns a page asking me to log on, even though I am logged on?
