I believe I might have installed these upside down when I put my valve cover gaskets on because it seems like I'm blowing oil from the front by the rpm sensor and I think I put them upside down can somebody correct me on which way is up LOL

These are an air bleed into the exhaust so there shouldn't be oil in there regardless

Well I can't read all them post you have to go through and figure out what's wrong and be simpler if you just told me why I got oil there I can see the ports from the head goes into the valve body where the reeds are and supposed to exhaust the gas outside the tube into the air box and reburned if I'm correct

this bike evidently was rebuilt down in Allentown Pennsylvania by somebody and I come across a lot of s*** work as far as that's one problem now I'm seeing another

at top dead center the cam marks should be opposite directly of each other and they're not it looks like they put one of the cam gears 180 out because I'm getting top dead center the left cam at 12:00 and the right cam at 4:00 when they should both be at 9:00 and 3:00 if I'm correct

Not understanding.  Z1/KZ1K motors are interference-design motors.  If cams are mistimed, valves & pistons interfere with each other.

Oil can only get into that chamber either from a leaking cam cover gasket around the port into the head of if the exhaust port is oiling because of a leaking valve stem seal etc

First pic looks correct. The air flow is from the air filter box to the exhaust ports, so the reed valves should open downward toward the exhaust ports.
The point of the system is to introduce clean air into the exhaust ports thus diluting the pollutants in the exhaust stream to keep the government folk happy with the gasses exiting the exhaust pipes.

Did the Zeph 'cause after doing valve clearances I tested the clean air vacuum solenoid and it was permenantly open. This is '95 bike so not 'that' old. It also frees up some space under the tank which is restricted to say the least which is why the cam cover is in 2 halves. Would have capped at the head but with the engine in, not a chance.
