1981 Kawasaki Kz650 Governor

Don't know how or why but the governor on my bike is seized. Found this out while installing an electrical ignition system. It's also not even usable because I can get the main center rod off the weights but I can see that the arm on said weights is cracked and would fall apart if I could. 

Does anyone have a governor or know where I can source one. I keep finding ones similar but not the exact same part number. If you do have one I am willing to cover shipping or talk about pricing. I'm just trying to revive this poorly done bike.

I think I have a few spare, for earlier model, 1978.
If they are the same, great.
Part # 21148 011 for the 1978.
Can't find the 1981 model parts diagrams.

I saw that one but I've already bought the new coil. Don't really want to return it to get a used one just for the advancer/governor.
 

Is there a way to DM on this? I think that would actually work. They are different part number, but they look basically the same. Plus since the electrical system replaces the middle post it should work.

the csr came stock with electronic ignition. 21148-1022 advancer. the earlier points advancer is different.

used pulsing coil and advancer. item number:365478189059. has make offer button. beforehand. from the pics since it doesn't look that great. ask it it operates by hand.
