Cams timing alignement

Hello,
i'm finishing to rebuild the engine but my cams are not pointing like on the right picture.
1&4 on TDC, Pin 0 on front at the mark, pin 28 on the chain.
But when i place my cams an the chain, the lobes look like the left picture and not the right one...
What can be my error please if you have an idea ?

Go with the timing marks on the sprockets and the pin counts on the chain.
Cam chain stretch/wear can make things look a little different from what a new chain will present.

Hello just intalled a new endless cam chain. Engine is stock.
It look like i don't have correct degrees on the cam... cam lobes should be facing each other...

Assuming no one has slotted the sprockets to change the degreeing I can't really see how it could be wrong? You might want to remove a sprocket mount bolt to check there's not any slotting being hidden under the bolt head.
FSM doesn't show lobes but if the marks/counts are as this you can't go wrong.

Good spot guy.
It's the inlet cam that show high so once the idler sprocket is fitted the inlet cam will be rotating cw taking up any slack in the cam chain from the rear.  Which will then present both inlet and exhaust lobes level.
