Well I have put everything back together and the bike runs pretty good. I think I will go out there today and do a compression test and carb synch. Not sure that will help that rich plug on number one, but I have done everything else. If I get no satisfaction I suppose I’ll take it all apart again, lol.

You might consider talking to Zed1015 ref servicing your choke plungers

Thanks to all you guys. I have replaced a couple of valve shims to get them all in spec per the manual. I did a compression test and all cylinders were between 140 and 145lbs. I then did a carb synch and got it dialed in. Took it for a ride today (about 50 miles), bike ran great. When I got home I checked the plugs and they were all like chocolate milk. I’m guessing what ever happened to that lobe must have happened sometime before I got the bike. I’ll keep an eye on it but I feel like I’m good. Again, you guys and this site are awesome valuable resource.
