Breathers/vents/vacuum lines

82 kz 550 that I got with no air box. I plan on going with pod filters amongst all the turmoil that says to stick with the stock air box. So, here's all my questions I'm struggling to find definite answers to. The link below should hopefully open to pictures of what I'm dealing with. Anyways, I have a petcock on the tank with no vacuum nipple . Fuel on/off, let gravity do its work. 1) Will this set up work, and if so, would I just put a cap on the nipple on carb 4? 2) the crankcase breather at the rear of the engine should be left vented with a breather filter or hose (or both for that matter). Is this correct? 3) All four of the carb boots have nipples. It is to my understanding that these are used to vacuum sync the carbs. However these can be capped. Is this correct). And lastly, the valve cover... from my research these are for Kawasaki's emissions system. Can those lines be capped off? If so I could just cap them off right at the valve cover, correct?  In the event the link works the pictures are labeled as follows:
Picture B: crankcase breather
Picutre C: carb boot nipples
Picture D: valve cover vent
Picture E: carb 4 vacuum line nipple
Picture A: a picture of the bike in its current state in hopes someone can confirm that the model is a 1982 KZ 550 A3. (I think it's the A3!...)
Thanks to all who take their time to help!

You will also likely need "air corrector" jets which member Zed1015 can supply.

Vacuum nipples on the carb boots = Cap off, unless performing a vacuum sync.

Crankcase breather = leave open.  Some people put a small filter on the end and route to a safe place.

Air injection on the valve cover.  Easiest thing is to use a piece of hose and connect the two ports.  You can cap them or use block off plates.

Nipple on the carb needs to be verified for function.  If a vent line, it needs to be left open.  If vacuum, cap it.

I don't recall Zed selling correction jets for TK 22 carbs.  I may be wrong though.

So if I either cap off or connect the 2 valve cover ports circled in yellow in the picture with a piece of hose I'll be good to go? I think I'd rather go the route of capping them for a cleaner look.

thanks for the confirmation
