Hello guys, does someone has the thickness of a friction disc of a kz750 4cylinders?! Mine have 3.7mm ..

It varies depending on brand. It could be anywhere from 3.55-3.85mm

I appreciate!! The bike has 75 000km with original clutch!! All is new, except the clutch and I’m very surprised about the « wear » of this one !!

Be sure to replace the springs.  Stock work fine.  Aftermarket springs tend to be higher tension, which can tire out your hand.  Also, lube or replace the cable with OEM.  You will be amazed how smooth the clutch feels with a new and lubed cable.

Yess thank you, I run Barnett springs and new cable!! Today I go to the Dyno!! With my new vm28ss and air jet corrector from Zed !!!

You should post the dyno results. I am thinking around 70HP at the wheel.

I guess I will be more satisfied about it!! He was running good but not performing like I want for a new engine-porting-milled head- Vm28mm- 4-1 pipe and pods!! 155psi on each cylinders!! My girlfriend has a Fz07 and she smokes me like I had a scooter !!! ??? How many 70hp it gives to engine ?! And torque should be how many?
