kz440 white smoke out left side of exhaust

So my kz440 starts puffin out white smoke but only from the left side of the exhaust. I only start to notice it a good ways into a ride (guessing its because its getting up to temp), hoping nothing is blown. I haven't noticed a difference while riding, still rides smooth with as much power you can expect out of a 440. Sadly I don't have any videos of it actually smoking, but if anyone knows anything please let me know!

My kz305 smoked from 1 side like that. It turned out to be a bad intake valve seal. There are ways to replace the seal without removing the head.
But first, check compression and valve tappet gap.
