But when I unscrewed my main jet and whats underneath, its a LOT longer. What is that longer part seen here, that the main jet scews into, and where can I buy it? See belowAlso, can i just buy O-Rings for the main jet and not a whole darned kit?

Intake affects jetting far more than exhaust. I think you have stock air box? If so, stock in Europe is 15 and 102.5. Stick with that and adjust mixture using the airscrew.
Do not buy anything other than genuine mikuni or kyster carb parts. The extra cost is worth every penny and will save you chasing flow rate faults and or mismatched parts.

And thanks, will stick with my stock 102.5 Main and 15 pilot settings. I will just get new ones.

Thanks.I sell O-ring kits for your carbs. The kit costs $20 shipped in the USA, and includes O-rings for the needle jets (emulsion tubes), pilot screws, drain screws, and fuel pipes (which you most likely won't need, but I include them regardless.)
I really do appreciate the offer but i tend to stay away from giving out personal info (address, name etc) to ppl in forums, even when considering buying things. Ive heard horror stories from ppl who have had bad experiences in forums - their personal information shared, etc.

The only personal info you would be sharing is your name, address, and email/paypal address. Just for educational purposes, care to share a couple of these horror stories? I'm truly curious.
Just a few. A dude in North Carolina had his garage broken into. His bike and many valuable tools were stolen. It was later discovered that a man he met and became friendly with via a bike forum and who lived 25 miles away, popped around to have beers and "hang out" and help with the build. He was later found to have had a hand in the burglary.
Ive heard stories about a gossipy dude who moderated a bike forum. He would share contact details of ppl who registered for his site with random members. He especially did this to posters he did not like
We live in a bad world with crazy ppl.

Not if Nessism steals his identity.$20 for all the O-rings you need is a deal and a half.
