Interesting KZ650F Header from Germany

On ebay, parts located in Germany.

They look heavy duty.  Anyone have the story behind this header?

The manufacturer is SEBRING made in Austria.

It´s the same exhaust system on my possibly next KZ 650 winter project bike thats on sale in my home town.
