Less cam chain tention, broken cam chain idler or guide, valve clearance out of spec. It´s time to pull the valve cover and take a look under the hood.

Sounds fairly normal.  As mentioned, I'd check the valve clearances, cam chain and tensioner, and exhaust leaks, which sound like engine noises.

That's could be valve clearances or even cam bearing binding where possible head warp or wrong cam caps installed, lack of oil to outer cam shells.

If you're talking about the ticking sound, it could be valve clearances. But the fact that they get worse on acceleration and are fairly consistent makes me think it's just an exhaust leak.

There are crush gaskets between the headers and the head, if you re-use these (we all do) they often won't seal as well, and get worse each time you use them.
