The Kerker exhaust was available with different baffles. The one that's installed has a larger opening, and is the competition baffle. The end cap that's sitting on the table is for the standard street baffle.

    Hello,

do you know where i can find a more quiet baffle for this kerker ?
I actually have to much noise. I need to reduce it before the police ask me to do... or my neighbors...

You may just need to repack the baffle with fiberglass wrap.  If you take out the baffle, it should look something like this.  Could be the old material deteriorated.  Your Kerker shouldn't be too loud with a properly packed baffle.

Of course "too loud" may be subjective...I love the sound of my Kerker :)

The Kerker that was sold though Kawasaki had a quiet baffle.  Far more quiet than the more common aftermarket Kerker baffle.  And then there was the "competition" baffle (or whatever they called it,) which was straight through with a large ID passage and quite loud.

If you look in the first post the picture shows the competition baffle installed in the megaphone.
