I am saddened to ask if anyone knows a good source for a KZ 200 connecting rod bearing for the crankshaft to rod?

I see some on eBay but, have no idea what condition they are in.

Thank you in advance.

You will need to send the crank assembly to a shop that specializes in pressed cranks. They will have the specialty tools to disassemble and reassemble it. Once the old bearing is out, the numbers may still be visible on it, or exact measurements can be taken. It is likely that a good bearing supply company will have the proper size in stock.

Partzilla shows this number — PK293921.4

CMSNL claims to have three in stock.   www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-kl250a1-klr250-19...dle-pk2939_13034031/

Texas KZ,  many thanks for your detailed reply and information and part number reference.  I will check with a couple of my local shops to see if they do this kind of work.  Thanks for the reference for the bearing.....really, very much appreciated.   Thank you again.

When a roller bearing fails you can expect that the rod and crank pin are also thrashed.  You need a new crank.

Vesrah shows a rod kit for the Kz200 in their catalog. Rod kit comes with con rod, crank pin, big end rod bearing, and thrust washers. That is everything you need to rebuild a Kz200 crank. The Kz200 crank is just like any two stroke single crank. Any shop that rebuilds two stroke cranks should not have any problem rebuilding a Kz200 crank.
